Dean Haitani is coming back to Coffin Bay!
With his unique finger style and soulful earthy vocals, Dean Haitani is an accomplished guitarist/singer/songwriter. His distinctive sounds comes from the influence of his guitar hero Mark Knopfler and his ability to cross many musical genres. Dean has honed the craft of both acoustic & electric guitar and his dynamic live performance comprises of foot percussion, a variety of guitars (running octave, delay, distortion, phaser & wah effects) vocals & harmonica. Dean has toured nationally and internationally (UK, Europe and USA) and most recently promoting his latest album "Red Dust" produced by Nicky Bomba and which reached #1 on the Blues & Roots Airplay Charts. Dean has played at many festivals [Marysville Blues & Jazz, Bendigo Blues & Roots, Australian Blues Festival, & Yack Folk Festival] as well as supporting artists such as James Morrison, Ian Moss, Glenn Shorrock, and The Black Sorrows.
Danny Bau
Danny Bau is a professional acoustic singer-songwriter with over a decade of experience performing in venues across Australia. Over the years, he’s opened for Australian music legends such as Thirsty Merc, recording with Kav Temperley (lead singer of Eskimo Joe), and performing in front of 70,000 people at the Optus Stadium quarter-time show.
Danny is touring in October and will be bringing Coffin Bay a cruisy afternoon of engaging, heartfelt acoustic music.
